Integrative and Functional Medicine Nurse Practitioner
Lauren Smith is a board-certified family nurse practitioner with over 15 years of clinical experience. She earned her degrees from Saint Joseph’s University and Thomas Jefferson University, with additional training through the Institute of Functional Medicine.

Her clinical background includes specialty care in neurorehabilitation, spinal cord injury, and brain injury at Craig Hospital in Colorado, as well as work in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at Penn Presbyterian Hospital in Philadelphia. She has also provided over 5 years of comprehensive primary care in Bucks County.

With her functional medicine training, Lauren takes a holistic approach to personalized patient care -focusing on identifying root causes and helping patients optimize their health and overall wellness.
